A HR Health Check is a great way of identifying the key areas of your business where you could improve performance but also help you reduce cost.

We have created a simple questionnaire which can help us assess the HR health of your business.

How does it work?

Once we have received your questionnaire results:

  1. We visit your business, at an agreed time that suits you.
  2. We provide an assessment of your HR function.*
  3. We advise you on what you are doing well already and what areas could be improved.
  4. We will form a plan of action with you to make sure that you are up-to-date and compliant in the future.

*This may also include a review of the last 12 months, to check for any possible HR issues.
