Outsourcing HR - Monthly Plans & Retainers

Our advice and consultancy services are typically priced on a case by case issue or a fixed price agreement.  Should there be a need to have a more frequent HR presence in your organisation or you simply wish to retain our services as and when you may need them, we can supply this service.

Outsourcing Services:

  • Retained Service – this guarantees we can answer any HR questions via telephone or email as and when you require and is priced on the demand you may require.  This demand is then reviewed on a six-monthly basis.  It can include a half-day visit every month or once every two months
  • Full Outsource Service – this is for businesses that don’t wish to employ HR within their organisation as it’s more economic to outsource it to a third party such as ourselves.  This is typically where the demand within your organisation warrants between 2 and 5 days per month on-site with you.  These days can be split into half days if our presence is important to you.  This service usually is offered to both you and your staff, as it would if you were to employ HR.

I employed’ Simply About People’ when I was Commercial Director of a local Building Society to provide a full benchmarking solution for the Society’s entire workforce. Having worked with Simon previously, I was confident that not only did Simon have the wide ranging HR expertise to deliver the solution, but also it would be delivered on time and cost effectively. It was!!  Vital, when considering using an external HR consultancy, is the ability to not only demonstrate to the decision makers (Board of Directors in the project for me) the value and benefits, but also to be able to win the confidence of staff, who can be sceptical. Simon is rare amongst consultants I have come across in being equally comfortable and convincing with all levels of stakeholders.  If you want all the buzz words and high brow philosophy then look elsewhere, however if you want in depth technical knowledge, cost effective straight talking solutions then you should consider Simon and Simply About People.
